INGREDIENTS:
8  to 12 oz of water  ( depending on the consistency you prefer)
½ to a whole banana ( fresh or frozen)
½ cup of frozen spinach
½ cup of frozen blueberries
2 tablespoons of almond butter

DIRECTIONS:
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth……Often I put the ingredients together at night and add the water in the morning to save time on busy mornings

This shake is a well balanced meal and a great way to start the day.  This shake carries me to lunch. Whenever, you can get veggies in the morning, you are off to a great start to your day!

Bananas: are great source of potassium and good for blood pressure and digestive health. It  gives the shake bit of sweetness
Blueberries: are awesome source of antioxidants and linked to improved memory.
Spinach: is loaded with antioxidants
Almond butter: is rich in heart healthy fat and vegetarian protein
